2) The mend

- An unsatisfactory result will be fixed by the hair dresser who performed the services.
- Notice must be given within 14days.

3) The refund policy

- No refund will be given due to your incorrect choice.
- No refund will be given due to an unexpected result.
  (Free fix will be applied to meet your satisfaction.)
